Notice of Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that the material you posted on HealthMCare was removed or disabled in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent. The counter-notice must include the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location on HealthMCare before removal.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, email address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if you are outside the USA, that you consent to the jurisdiction of a court located in the United States.

Removal of Infringing Material

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, HealthMCare will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
